Started in 1981 with a team of 6 people, including the partners of which 2 were Engineers, the team now consists of more than 100 employees including 10 Engineers. Our customers know that Brassoforge has consultants and employees who provide higher performance. |
Story So Far: Chronicle of the years we have cherished
1981- : Foundation by RC Bhatia with a team of 6 people.
1982- : Employee strength up to 20. Huge response from Gas Valve Industry. ISI registration.
1983- : Additional facility. Employee strength up to 35. Already acknowledged for Quality Standards and Workmanship.
1985- : Record Turn Over. Brass consumption up to 180 tons. Addition of machining facilities.
1989- : R & D on Aluminum. Modification & Expansion of Forging Apparatus.
1990- : Aluminum Forgings approved by Nippondenso, Japan.
1991- : Approval & certification from Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India.
1996- : Expansion with bigger presses in additional forge shop. First export consignment.
1997- : Inauguration of In-House Heat Treatment Shop of Aluminum.
2002- : ISO 9002 certification for the main facility.
2003- : ISO 9002 certification for other facilities. Additional floor space added.
2005- : Inauguration of Plating Facilities. ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification for the main facility.
2006- : Induction of Imported CNC Machines and TIG welding of Aluminum. R & D on Cold Forging. Small assemblies undertaken.
